In a world where we often times haven’t a clue what someone else is thinking, imagine being able to know. Imagine being able to hear someone else’s thoughts. It would make life easier, wouldn’t it?
Imagine that you could hear everyone’s thoughts – all the time, everyday. It might not seem so appealing after all.
This is the world Todd Hewitt lives in, constant noise from everyone’s thoughts. To make it even worse, he is on the run for his life which makes it hard to hide when everyone can hear you. There is only one person that has silent thoughts – a girl. She’s not even supposed to exist since all women died when Todd was just a baby but yet she’s on the run with Todd.
Will they escape? Where can they escape to when there’s only one place Todd has ever known to exist?
