Promising Series

I recently finished reading Fallen by Lauren Kate. It's a story of star crossed lovers without a happy ending currently in sight. I was completely taken into this story as Luce feels drawn to Daniel instantly. However, Daniel doesn't share her feelings, or so it seems. It won't be until later in the story that it will be revealed that there is more than meets the eye between these two. It hasn't been since Stephenie Meyer's Twilight series that I have found myself rooting for the inevitable to become possible. If you haven't read this yet, it's the perfect time to take the opportunity to do so as the second in this series, Torment, is due out in September.
